Hello all my gorgeous stalkers! This post is to give you a few tips on things that we may forget when thinking about looking and feeling our best. We all know that the most attractive and valuable thing that a person can have is confidence. Besides believing in yourself there are also some things that can fall through the cracks if not taken into consideration. The important beauty essential for everyone one is: Water! This is the number one thing to help you keep gorgeous skin and to get rid of toxins in the body. It is so important to drink at least 8-10 glasses a day. I know that this is not news to anyone, but most people think of it in terms of dieting. Water does keep you healthy but serves to keep you beautiful as well. Another item that I am a strong believer in is Biotin. This is vitamin that is made to promote healthy hair, skin and nails. You can purchase it at any drugstore, walmart, target, etc. It really makes a difference and you can tell pretty quickly. I have very fine hair and am always looking for things to keep it strong and shiny. Biotin has really helped me with this. I also recommend a good amount of vitamin E. It is fabulous for the skin and can be used to make at home facial remedies as well. You can also find it in delicious foods such as almonds and avocados. You can always see vitamin E in your lotions and body creams, so you know it is wonderful on the skin. You should always be on the lookout for home treatments, remedies that are good for you. There are so many products in the beauty industry and sometimes you don’t need so many chemicals. There are tons of natural beauty remedies around. One thing I will say is that you may not always have the budget for certain things, so always be on the lookout for alternatives. I do believe in investing in your personal beauty needs. This can mean in a certain product or sometimes maybe buying a larger size of something so that it lasts longer. Because you are so unique and so special, you should make the effort to invest in yourself. It can lead to you feeling better about the way you look and that is priceless. No matter what, you should always remember that stress and anxiety can be aging and will show all over your face. Something that will make you beautiful no matter what comes your way will be when you take life one day at a time. Meditation is a fabulous way to achieve this. You can lose all anxiety by letting your mind wander and finding a place of peace. You are amazing, so make sure you project that everyday.This happens by making sure to laugh at any obstacles that come your way and smile as often as possible!!! Hello my amazing and beautiful makeup stalkers!!!! I wanted to talk about something that is so important to me: skincare. This is a review for a 3-step skincare regimen that was sent to me and I highly recommend it for men, women, young adults, etc. It is great for basically for anyone that has a vulnerability to acne or is trying to prevent and also lighten any spots/scarring. I started using it when I had broken out and in about a week and a half, I really started to notice my skin clearing up. My skin can be pretty sensitive to acne regimens, so I really am careful with what I use. This is a line that my skin reacted to very well. It was developed by a dermatologist looking to target all skin types and skin tones without harmful irritants. The line is formulated with high-grade botanicals and is allergy tested to make it available to even the most sensitive of skin types. The regimen consists of basically three steps:
· Clarifying AM/PM cleanser- a decadent lathering gel that has blue beads for slight exfoliation. It hydrates and restores to eliminate impurities as well as remove makeup and oil.
· Intensive Acne treatment (2% Salicylic Acid)- This treatment features the maximum amount of salicylic acid in both quick and extended release forms and contains skin-soothing botanicals to calm the skin. It can be used a few times a day for those painful and annoying blemishes.
· Moisturizing Sunscreen SPF 15- A light, luxurious oil-free moisturizer with SPF 15. It absorbs into the skin quickly with no residue and helps balance natural oils. It also provides a broad spectrum of UVA/UVB protection and helps minimize pores.
A basic starter kit for this line is around $40.00 USD and that is for a thirty-day supply. I believe this is pretty reasonable considering the price of so many separate skin products that are out on the market today. I do like that it comes with such a great spot treatment. That is so important and a lot of lines do not include that. In an independent clinical study for the line, there were participants of all skin tones/types and here were the results:
97% of the participants had a total decrease in their acne in a 6-week time frame.
66% had a decrease in severe acne within 3 weeks.
73% found a decrease in pore size as well as a lightening of brown spots and scarring.

What can you say about blush other than it’s fabulous!!!! I have always been obsessed with having pink, rosy cheeks and blushes are just one of my all time beauty staples. When I was younger, I used to love to get sun mainly on my cheeks because I love having that natural flush. Of course, I did realize early on that basically I was burning my skin and had to stop that! Lol Definitely when I am out makeup stalking (even if just looking), I am always drawn to blush. I love to see all shades everything from bright reds and pinks to neutrals. This is a personal love of mine especially because I have Jet Black and am very pale, so I love me some COLOR!!! This in conjunction with a good bronzer and highlighter can make a face go from BLEAK to SHEIK!!!! So without further delay, here are my top five:

They can be way too thick in consistency and feel heavy on the skin. They can also cause me to breakout because I am prone to oily/acne type skin. This stays true to its name because it literally glides on the cheek with amazing pigment and gorgeous finish. Plus it is good for the skin! It is light and beautiful on the skin and gives the most amazing flush! It is described by Sephora as: This cheek tint can be applied on top of foundation or bare skin without that powdery, cakey effect that can result from use of powder blush. The formula is loaded with good-for-you ingredients like Vitamins E, C, and A, so your skin gets nourishment and protection along with a dose of healthy-looking color. Now I know that the blushes that I have listed in this blogpost and on my video are mainly high end. That does not mean that I don’t like drugstore brand blush. These are just my current top five. Have you been on the lookout for the perfect mascara? Are you trying different brands both high end and drugstore only to find that they leave you dissatisfied? It leaves those lovely black rings under your eyes and flakes on your cheeks. If you suffer from teary eyes like I do, it can be very annoying. I have issues with keeping shadows on in my inner corners of the eye and if I have allergies, my mascara usually hates me. The interesting is that we all want to have those luscious, long, voluptuous lashes. I think that is one of the very few parts of our bodies that we want to be big and we do all that we can to make it happen. We curl them, plump them, add serums to make them grow as well as prime them to hold whatever mascara we use. This is when we aren’t using fake eyelashes of course. ;) It can be a siege to find the right one and as a true to heart makeup stalker, I can admit to how tough a journey it can be. I have had mascaras that flake and by the end of the workday, we almost gone. I don’t have the blessing of having naturally long lashes. It’s kind of like how my friend who is a guy has these long, flowing lashes that are jet-black and go on for days. Really??? Are you serious?? Is there any reason why I should find that fair? Lol Oh well, we have to play with the cards we are dealt, so back to the matter at hand. This was hard for me to choose only five. I have a few different brands, but these really work well for me and are great when I only want to go for a natural look with mascara and gloss only. So, without further delay, here are the top 5:
· Fiberwig LX – This is a latex binding mascara that has little fibers on the brush. It forms tubes around the lash to create a lengthening effect. It does not smudge or fade and can be removed with warm water. This is sold at Sephora and retails for $24.00 USD
· Bare Escentuals Flawless Definition Volumizing Mascara- It has a tapered wand built to lengthen the lash and make it long and luscious. It is also pigmented to darken the lash as much as possible. This is sold at Ulta, Sephora and bareescentuals.com and retails for $18.00 USD
· Mally Beauty Volumizing Mascara- This mascara was created to make your lashes long and thick. One of the top mascaras sold today and it was acknowledged as a top rated choice by QVC consumers. It is sold solely through QVC and QVC.com, it retails for $20.00 for one or you can save by getting 2 for $28.00 USD.
· L’oreal Double Extend Illuminator Mascara- This is a gorgeous two-step system meant to lengthen and illuminate your eyes. They are developed to enhance your particular eye color.
